Our Story
Built on Standards Others Don't Bother With.
CPD Elite exists because the commercial cleaning industry too often settles for good enough. We don't.
How We Started
A Personal Standard, Applied Professionally.
CPD Elite was founded in Leeds with a straightforward ambition: to deliver the kind of cleaning and building maintenance service that we'd want for our own space. Not a tick-box exercise. Not a rushed job between contracts. A genuine, thorough, professional service — every time.
We started with a small number of clients and a commitment to doing the work properly. That reputation spread. Today we work with commercial offices, managed properties, and corporate buildings across Leeds and London — but the approach hasn't changed. Every building gets the same level of care and attention as the first.
We're not the cheapest option. We're not trying to be. We're the option for clients who understand that the condition of their building reflects on their business — and who want a partner they can trust to maintain it.
"The buildings we look after are someone's livelihood. We treat them that way."
— CPD Elite
What We Stand For
The Principles Behind Every Job.
Precision Over Speed
We don't rush. Every job is given the time it needs to be done properly. We'd rather take longer and do it right than cut corners to move on to the next contract.
Bespoke, Not Templated
No two buildings are the same. We don't apply a standard package to every client — we assess your building, understand your requirements, and build a service around them.
Accountability
We stand behind our work. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. No excuses, no arguments — just the standard we promised.
Discretion
We work in occupied offices and sensitive commercial environments. Our teams operate quietly, professionally, and without disruption to your business.
